Candidate should have following skills

  2. Converting leads into customers by using data provided by

  4. Able to collect, compile and update customer records in a database, making it vital to have excellent typing and telephone skills.
  5. Very calm under pressure.
  6. Candidate should understand role and responsibility.
  7.  Telesales should able to create and update activity reports. The reports cover the number of calls, leads, customers, sales and other vital statistics that can help increase revenue.
  8. Candidate should nice to have experience in outbound voice process.
  9. Should be able to work with team.
  10. Know how to target customer and convert into leads.
  11. Very friendly in nature.
  12. Good communication skills and good negotiator.
  13. Able to access WhatsApp Web from computer and know feature of whatsapp businessa dn its importance.
  14. He should know how to send mail.
  15. He should know how to schedule zoom meeting and attend meeting.
  16. Candidate should be soft spoken and able to have good convincing power.
  17. Have good knowledge of excel sheet like data filtering, text coloring.
  18. Should have basic computer knowledge.
  19. He should be good thinker and problem solving skills.
  20. Able to perform multitasking.
  21. Candidate must have knowledge of Hindi, English. Knowing local language is optional like Kannada, tamil telugu, bengali, gujrati etc.
