Salary:

Salary is decided based on Candidate skills.
Incentive is also given apart from salary on converted business leads.
Bonus is also provided apart from salary on converted business leads.
Telephone charges will be reimbursed.
Hike of Salary of the candidate is totally based on performance of the candidate. If candidate is outstanding performing then increment can be done even within 6 month.

Skills:

Candidate must have knowledge of Hindi, English. Knowing Kannada is optional.
Able to perform multitasking.
He should be good thinker and problem solving skills.
Should have computer knowledge.
Able to know how to schedule meeting and attend meeting.
Have good knowledge of excel sheet like data filtering, text coloring.
Candidate should be soft spoken and able to have good convincing power.
He should know how to send mail.
Able to access WhatsApp Web from computer.
Good communication skills and good negotiator.
Very friendly in nature.
Know how to target customer and convert into leads.
Should be able to work with team.
Candidate should nice to have experience in Outbound voice process.
Candidate should understand role and responsibility.
Work is very open ended and a lot of opportunities to grow if candidate is very good learner.
Nice to have prior knowledge of website like wordpress.
Good to have if candidate know how to write article but it is not mandatory skills.
Very calm under pressure.
